Shipping Information: As with all our products, the White Box with 24 Red Roses is prepared for shipment in a special delivery box. In addition, our design team has taken precautions against any impacts, breakage, or scratches during shipping.

The stems of the roses are wrapped in absorbent foam and placed in a protective container to ensure their moisture needs are met during delivery.

Product Care:

• Fill a vase about ¾ full with lukewarm water, then empty the plant food from the container into the water and mix.
• Cut the branches at an angle, 2 cm above the bottom.
• IMPORTANT! Before placing the rose petals in the vase filled with water, remove any leaves from the part of the stem that will be submerged.
• Each day, refill the water until it reaches the same level as it was on the first day. The roses will drink the water.
• At the end of day 3, drain all the water and repeat Step 1. Leaves left in the water will cause bacteria to grow.
• WARNING! There will be thorns at the top of the branches.
• Once the roses begin to bloom, remove the outermost protective leaves from the lamp.
• If you follow these steps, we guarantee your roses will last the longest possible time.
