How long do peonies last in a vase? Care instructions.

1. Trim the stems. Once you open the bouquet, cut the stems diagonally by 2–3 cm with a sharp knife and immediately place them in clean, cool water.
2. Remove the leaves. Take out any leaves that will remain in the water.
3. Change the water daily. Peonies need a lot of water; keep the vase more than half full.
4. Wait patiently for the buds to open. Closed buds open quickly in warm weather and slowly in cool weather. To slow down the opening process, you can move the bouquet to a cool room at night.
5. For boxed floral foam, moisten it with a small amount of water daily.
